In selecting the new employees, we test the candidate’s suitability by assigning the tasks, which would make up his/her daily activities if employed. Once we are convinced about the candidate’s suitability, we offer him/her a job.
We are continuously looking for car transporter drivers, engineers, transport managers (dispatchers) and forwarding agents.
International CE category car transporter driver
Requirements:
- CE category driving licence;
- Car transporter driving job experience;
- Skills of loading/unloading a car transporter without causing any car damage;
- Expertise in loading processes;
- Skills of completing reports;
- Experience in international shipping (EU or Russia);
- Absence of bad habits, responsibility and willingness to work.
Transport Manager (Dispatcher)
Job description:
- Planning, coordination and control of a driver’s job;
- Issue/acceptance of all the documents required for international routes;
- Accounting and analysis of driver’s journeys.
Requirements:
- Dispatcher's/transport manager's job experience in a company, which has its own transport;
- Russian – excellent; English – good;
- Faculty to plan, organise and control shipping processes;
- Excellent computer skills.
Forwarding Agent
Job description:
- Search for new carriers and clients;
- Updating and creation of carriers’ database (Polish, Belarusian, Russian, Lithuanian carriers);
- Coordination, organisation and control of projects and processes;
- Primary accounting, administration of financial liabilities.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Manager’s/ forwarding agent’s job experience;
- Skills of work with transport markets and carriers;
- Knowledge of Russian and English;
- Knowledge of freight transportation market; skills of independent decision-making;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Excellent negotiating skills, good orientation.
