We take care of proper freight warehousing
We will check the condition of all the transported freight; in the event of any defects, we will complete the required documents, make photos and notify the clients thereof. All the freight is labelled by barcodes and entered into the warehouse management program (developed to our group of companies exclusively). You can see the remaining stock of the goods stored in the warehouse at a real time (where to, when and what amounts of the goods were dispatched or delivered) and their re-packaging stage. We manage the movement of goods; we ensure the avoidance of freight confusion.
New Scandinavian-type Stone racks are used in our warehouses; we mainly apply the Toyota warehousing technology (stackers, loaders, pallet trucks, etc). We continuously upgrade our equipment to ensure the provision of high quality services. We ensure that the packages of the stored freight were not damaged..
We strictly keep to the terms of loading; we try to avoid transport downtime.
We assure full protection of the stored goods
We have own infrastructure, which ensures the protection of the stored goods.
We maintain the required temperature (above zero) and humidity in our warehouses; the premises are safeguarded by the security employees 24 hours a day; individuals without permits are not given access; the area in under video surveillance. Fire protection system complies with all the requirements applied to fire protection systems.
We insure the remaining stock of the stored goods by LTL 10 million. We have the internal damage regulation division. We assume responsibility for the protection of the stored freight.

We conduct the ongoing analysis of the process of service provision and compare it with the established norms. In the event of any deviations, we correct the procedures, initiate the training for the improvement of staff qualifications or introduce new positions.
The quality division draws up the procedures of instruction of new staff and the plans of periodic raising of qualifications.
